Premiums are based on your pet’s species, age bracket and selected benefit limit. You can pay monthly or annually, with savings available for annual payment and additional pets.

We're growing our network all the time, and vet onboarding is quick and simple. If your regular vet isn’t part of our network yet, let them know about us—or let us know and we’ll reach out.
Yes. Comprehensive includes full Accident Cover as well. That means if your pet is hit by a car, gets into a fight, or swallows something harmful—we’ll cover treatment.
No. PawSafi covers 100% of eligible vet bills (up to your benefit limit) with no excess. You won’t need to share the cost.
There’s a 14-day waiting period for illness-related claims.
There’s a shorter 48-hour waiting period for accident-related claims.
If you use a Partner Clinic, PawSafi will pay the vet directly.
Most claims are reviewed and paid within 7 working days, as long as all documents are provided.

Yes, at renewal time you can switch to Accident-only if your pet is in good health. Just remember that illness cover will no longer apply, and any diagnosed conditions may be excluded if you upgrade again later.
