After you have submitted your application, our team verifies the details you provide: clinic identity and contacts, your veterinarians’ licences, diagnostic capabilities, and professional memberships. This check confirms we’re working with qualified professionals who align with PawSafi’s values of care, professionalism, and transparency.

For pet owners, this means clinics in the PawSafi network have been vetted for quality and accountability. For clinics, it means joining a trusted community with clear standards and support.

    Simply complete the Clinic Onboarding Form on our website.
    Once submitted, our team will review your application and get in touch to complete verification.

    Most clinics are approved and onboarded within 3–5 working days, provided all required information is submitted.

    You'll need to provide:

    • Basic clinic details (location, contact info, registration number)

    • Name of the lead veterinary surgeon

    • A copy of your valid operating licence

    • Details of your team and services

    Yes. Once your clinic is approved, you’ll sign a Partner Agreement that outlines service expectations, billing procedures, and data protection compliance.

    For approved claims, PawSafi will pay your clinic directly, subject to the policy’s limits. Payments are processed weekly upon claim approval.

    We provide access to a simple Vet Claims Portal, where you can upload clinical notes, invoices, and other required documents.
    You’ll receive training and support to help streamline the process.

    No. Joining the Vet Partner Program is completely free. We are selective about our partners, but there is no fee to apply, be listed, or process claims.
